Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAwful experience. It took me an hour to even get the vehicle picked up because the app nor the website was loading. It’s took me FOUR phone calls to even get the uhaul picked up. And the storage unit location I picked it up would never answer the phone and never called me back despite multiples voice mails. Truly worst moving experience I’ve had with uhaul.
Ashliegh DAfter hours drop off so no personnel were present.
Eric UNo one working at the location. App would not load, camera on browser not working. Called lock solid storage-no answer. Called gal customer service- long wait times but they eventually helped me out. Spent over an hour and a half getting the U-Haul. I will go somewhere with humans working there next time.
Neal EThe truck itself was decent. It was an older gmc in good shape. The only thing I had issues with honestly was the app.
