Location and 9' cargo van equipment was great and exactly what was needed for moving a 1 bedroom apartment. The mobile app needs functionality improvements, especially if families are to rely on it for the entire transaction. Upon returning, the app crashed as equipment pictures were going to be uploaded. The app failed resulting in a message to contact customer service or try again later. Customer service was very helpful in completing the return.
