Rented U-Haul picked up on time brought back before schedule time I booked it for the place close at five pm when I picked up the U-Haul I asked if the place is closed when I’m dropping it off. What do I do? The person assisting me told me you just put the key in the box. You’ll be fine. I said OK there’s nothing else I need to do to ensure that I don’t get charged extra, etc.. I have been charged extra days that I did not have the U-Haul and still waiting for them to fix this issue.

David CThe battery on the van needed a jump start when we picked it up, and also the sensor for the rear door needed to be replaced so the warning light for "rear door ajar" and also "change oil soon" were consistently on the dashboard and the chime would go off every few minutes with the warnings. The location said they were aware and had ordered a replacement but we weren't aware of that until we called and made two stops en route to check the door....with the jump start and the extra stops to check the door issue, we were nearly 30 minutes late for the pickup.

Larissa MLocation and 9’ cargo van equipment was great and exactly what was needed for moving a 1 bedroom apartment. The mobile app needs functionality improvements, especially if families are to rely on it for the entire transaction. Upon returning, the app crashed as equipment pictures were going to be uploaded. The app failed resulting in a message to contact customer service or try again later. Customer service was very helpful in completing the return.
