Excellent service. The only concern is the cup holder design has an opening to the side of the main large holder.. so it did not hold the coffee cup securely. When making a left turn the coffee cup fell, spilling hot coffee over the seat and floor. This it not a local issue, but rather a design flaw by U-haul. Be careful with your hot drinks.

It's a scam. They always charged for gas money. If you refill gas still they are charging for gas.

The only thing that I'm disappointed with is the experience with U-Haul directly trying to book a U-Haul was almost impossible online and when getting to the location, they had problems with connecting to Brooke as well. It was not their fault. It was a system error we spoke to a representative directly with U-Haul and it took over 45 minutes to deal with the situation to get us a vehicle. Other than that the experience was amazing. U-Haul has always been great to us and we appreciate your business and service allowing us to use your equipment to move our home. Looking forward to the next time of renting

Because of the utopia location not being informative I will not recommend U-Haul

I dropped trailer off after hours so there was no person involved. The drop off instructions were clear.

Tire was flat, and fuel was told to be full and was only 3/4 of a tank. Person who took care of me was not knowledgeable about what they were doing and took forever. There was no concern about the tire issue either.

There were no personnel to help out. I did not like the uncertainty of just dropping the truck.

I put gas into this uhaul & was at the 5/8 mark when I dropped it off but I still got charged a fuel fee. Unbelievable.

Don't send customers 50 miles out of their way to pick up a truck. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Made to driver 50 mile out of my way to pick up a truck. Customer service couldn't care less, worst part was I booked the truck a month in advance.

This place is just a U-Haul sign in a gas station window but they were more helpful than anyone wearing a U-Haul shirt that I dealt with. Helped me save money on the return even.

The gas station attendant at the Shell was very nice but had no clue what the code to the lock box was for my U-Haul key. I waited there for 2 hours. I had to drive an hour out of the way to get the U-Haul so my move was a lot longer than I'd hoped and my move in window was cut short. Would not recommend uhaul after this experience.

Train the staff! The poor guy working was by himself and two trucks came in at the same time. He hadn't been trained on the uhaul part of the business.
