Don't send customers 50 miles out of their way to pick up a truck. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Made to driver 50 mile out of my way to pick up a truck. Customer service couldn't care less, worst part was I booked the truck a month in advance.

Staff that know what they are doing
Heather LThis place is just a U-Haul sign in a gas station window but they were more helpful than anyone wearing a U-Haul shirt that I dealt with. Helped me save money on the return even.

Joe SThe gas station attendant at the Shell was very nice but had no clue what the code to the lock box was for my U-Haul key. I waited there for 2 hours. I had to drive an hour out of the way to get the U-Haul so my move was a lot longer than I'd hoped and my move in window was cut short. Would not recommend uhaul after this experience.
