The phone process took way to long. Thank goodness the front desk person at Marian Cove Storage came in early and was able to help me. I waited for over 30 minutes for the system to approved my rental. I would give the lady at the front desk 5 stars - She was helpful and very nice to deal with. Other then that one issue everything went perfect.

JARED FWe were originally given a different pick-up location, but were told they needed to change it to this location to insure they would have all the equipment we had requested. However, they did not have the utility dolly we requested. So, we had to make do without it. We really needed it but didn't have time to run around trying to find one somewhere else. The people that work there are excellent and were very helpful.

JOEL HThe office staff was friendly and prompt when I came to pick up my rental but I had requested moving blankets when I made the rental online and they did not have them, which was very disappointing and negatively impacted our moving experience.
BRETT CI needed to use the trailer for a couple more days than expected. That was no problem and they were very kind and helpful.

Dalton SCheck engine light turned on a few seconds after pulling out of the parking lot. I was granted permission to continue with my rental. Several times throughout the move the check engine light began flashing. That added stress to the trip. Equipment was clean, but it seems like that truck needed some maintenance.

Jarren PPlease let your customers know that there are two systems. One is in person and the other is through an app. If you are picking your truck up or dropping it off after hours, you must use the app. I was told the app was super easy to use; click, click and you're on your way. This was not the case for me. I could not get the app to work, customer service could not help me to get it to work either. I ended up going to the location before it closed and found out that if you don't use the app, it's a different system. They were able to erase everything and start over. I don't know what I would have done if they were closed. A stressful situation was made better by helpful U-Haul employees. My advise would be to make sure the app is working before you start out on your journey.

Lesli AI am frustrated because I returned the truck with more gas than I started with, yet I got charged a fee for gas. I don't think they purposely scammed me but just have insufficient tracking for gasoline usage. They said it was full in the paperwork when I took it, but it was definitely not full. I just assumed that it was close enough to full that they were rounding it up. Yet when I returned it more full than I took it - I got charged a fee!
BRIAN CThe text message I received for the location had a linked address but the link wasn't for the entire address. Thus when my map app pulled up the link, it took me to a location that was a mile away from the correct drop off. Here is the link message I received: "U-Haul drop off location - 22 E 1500 S AMERICAN FORK, UT 84003 47362. You can Self Return your equipment at http://uhaul.com/s/500392A9D8" The link only captured "1500 S AMERICAN FORK, UT 84003 47362." and left off the "22 E" part. This is any easy fix for your tech people. Fortunately for me, when I went to the location that maps took me, "1500 S AMERICAN FORK" I was familiar with the area because I had rented from Marina Cove Storage before, so I knew where I was and was able to find the correct drop off address.

James MI originally reserved a trailer at a different location in Lehi, UT, but when I got there they said the trailer I was supposed to pick up needed repairs. So they had to call U-Haul and look for another trailer at different location. I was irritated because it set me back an hour after all was said and done. But Marina Cove Storage was excellent in getting me situated.

Janine BI got rescheduled to 3 different locations before finally getting the truck. The end location was fine, but ended up being miles away from my original desired location, and I still got charged for the extra mileage. Not good at all.

Mike GThe front door was unlocked but no one was there when we dropped off the trailer. I used the app to complete the drop off and take the pics. It was not very clear where to leave the trailer. I left it where other rental equipment was found. It looked ok for drop off, but I was not certain. No one was there or showed up for an hour.

Wanted to get help with a quote i had previously, but the Uhaul manager didn't answer the phone call from the storage facility manager so I didn't get helped. Also the address when clicked on took me to the completely wrong side of the city.
