Great customer service… helpful and just good people
KEVIN MI originally went to this location to rent and drive to and from Hot Springs but they suggested it would be cheaper to rent a one way rental in Hot Springs and return it in Maumelle. Saved me money and a lot of U-Haul driving. Worked out great. Highly recommend this location and its staff.
James KI was told by Andrew on Saturday that I would have a furniture dolly in the truck when I picked it up. There was no dolly in the truck when I got the truck on Sunday. I was charged for two days of rental when I was told by Andrew that he would not charge me the additional day when I called him at 10:39 am May 19th 2025.

ANDREA FTruck was very nice, almost new. Staff was courteous and professional, drove the truck from lot to front door for me. Truck was clean on inside, but very dirty outside, they cleaned the windshield for me at my request.

DARBY JThat was the worst truck I have had from this location. Typically they are all wonderful. This one the seat was so difficult to move on of the guys had to move it for me, the mirrors didn't adjust so they were useless, the a/c didn't work, and one of the handles on the back was missing.
Amanda GI was take very good care of. I was a last minute booking and Jaden was more than professional and very kind.

MICHAEL FFor the next customer, lol, you should the customers that are in front of you. The door handle to the 10' truck was missing the knob. And that knob was driving into my leg the whole 30-mile drive. As went over in lieu of the knob missing and as a result is still hurting today. Thanks for opportunity but no thanks, I'll stick to RYDER! You offer no military discount as well, Ryder does. Truck got damn good gas mileage, and by now, I would think you would have power control side mirrors, yet, they only adjust up and down and not in & out, so that I the traffic behind me as well.

ERIC BThe metal ratchet handle was hard to get to release the strap and the strap was frayed on the end. It was the driver side of the dolly. Thanks other than that it was a really nice peice of equipment.
MARY BI was charged a gas fee but returned the truck with more gas in it than it was when it was given to me. They told me it was at 1/4 when they gave it to me but charge me again.

BILLY SMobile pickup is terrible, it took 30 extra minutes of my rental time just to get everything approved even though I had pre-checked. Basically took 10 % of my paid rental time right off the top, felt like theft
ELIZABETH CThe U-Haul we rented had steering issues. It was loose. Also, the breaks were not that good either. The wiper blades need to be replaced. Other than that, it was fine.

JENNIFER CThe equipment was not as clean as I expected. The floor was dirty from shoe traffic but otherwise okay. Someone left water bottles and a bag of trash under passenger seat. The dash had a few lights that needed resetting. But otherwise it was a great cargo van. The customer service was great. They were very helpful, friendly and fast. This location will definitely be my go to for rental from now on.

JEFFERY VExcellent service à la clientèle. Great facility. I thought the vehicle was average at best. However, this is not the fault of the facility. It was a tough trip for 400 miles even with the small load I drove.
