The best drop off ever! The UHaul person was SO nice. I had called in advance to make sure they were open and he came out to meet me and had me in and out faster than I’ve ever experienced. 5 star service from that guy!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMaumelle location was great.....staff was friendly and courteous. The problem I encountered stated days prior. Normally I have always had a good experience with U-Haul; however, this one was a total nightmare. I reserved a truck at a specific location that would allow me to walk to pick up the rental. I was contacted a couple days prior to the pickup by U-Haul personnel and asked if I could pick up the truck across town (5 miles away) instead. I agreed and decided that I could simply drive and park my vehicle at that new location while I utilized the rental truck. I was then contacted the day prior by U-Haul personnel to let me know that the truck had been dropped off at a different location and that I would need to drive to Jacksonville, AR (10 miles away) to pick up my rental truck. Since there was no way I was going to leave my vehicle at that location for the duration of my truck rental, I had a friend drop me off at that location so I could drive the rental truck back. Unfortunately, to my disbelief, there was no truck there when I arrived and according to the business personnel, none scheduled to be delivered there. I contacted U-Haul to let them know what was happening and they located me another vehicle (a 20ft truck, instead of a 15ft, even though it was more truck than I needed and I wasn't keen on the additional fuel it would cost) in a couple towns over in Maumelle, AR (26 miles away) that they could provide me. Being that I was now stranded I reluctantly agreed and contacted another friend to drive me over to that location. It was there that I did eventually pick up the rental truck, but all in all, it was a VERY frustrating experience this time and turned a 15-minute process into an almost 3-hour process.

Stanley HGod awful customer service and the truck had a weird smell to it. The door was to wiggly and kept seeming like it was gonna pop open. I will NEVER EVER recommend this god awful company to anyone to move. I should have just paid a moving service.
