Super fast, easy to get to, and absolutely great self service. The equipment was in the truck. Clean truck and the gas tank wasn't on empty like I have had at other locations. Keys and box were easy to find. Parking lot is a little tight but you can definitely get those truck out of it just take your time.

AKEEM AThis was the first time I've rented a 10' truck from U-Haul and I was very happy with how it all went. Ahmed at Minas TV was terrific and it meant a lot that he took his business as serious as he does. I could tell he takes very good care of his fleet, too. Venkatshesh RI reserved for 2 furniture dollies and also paid for 1 mattress cover. As I am using self-pickup, these were supposed to be in the trunk when I pick up. But none of them were there. Also on the Google map this location should be open until 2p Sunday. When I arrived there 1p it was already closed so I wasn't able to pick up the things I ordered either from the store. Missing dollies and mattress cover caused me huge trouble during the move. Really bad experience.

Vaibhav KGoogle made finding the storefont unnecessarily difficult, once I figured it out, everything was a snap. They couldn't have made things simpler or more pleasant. I was in and out with a van in less than 10 minutes after reserving online. It was clean and had everything I needed. I dropped it off that night with the keys in the drop box and my receipt was in my email the next morning (on a Sunday even!) A+ thank you!

David JThe manager could have been be nicer. I had my 16 year old border collie with me that had just had a stroke that morning before I drove to Antioch with my items that I needed the UHAUL van for. She was incontinent of urine on his shabby carpet when I brought her inside for my receipt. He was very angry. She was euthanized that night. I was ill and found out the next day that I have cellulitis. It was a very sad difficult day for me and the manager couldn't have cared less.
JUDITH LPicking up from Mina's location is always smooth and efficient. Without doubt the best location on the north side that I've ever used. I would never go anywhere else.
