armando E.The equipment was fine we were able to obtain the truck. That being said, we had quite a poor customer service experience with who I assume was the proprietor at Minas TV. For some reason, the reservation was saved under the wrong contact information, and the person we spoke to grew quite impatient with us very quickly and was extremely short. It actually took us longer to find the reservation than it would have had the proprietor/person available that day been more accommodating. I wouldn't recommend this location due to the fact that the person we spoke to was quite rude.
