They would not help me put my jeep on the towing trailer and I ordered a hand dolly and they said we don't have any!!! That's not the way to do business

Joseph OI rent Uhaul van from this location most of the time and do services for my car and van at the Neighbors Auto in Hempstead. Mr Berry is the best.

JEFF SWhat i don't like is the over charges, when I made my reservation, the price was,$44 and changes, they charge my card twice, over $200 for les than 10 miles!definitely I would rather go to normal rental car than uhaul.
Frenel DTruck had 112 000 miles on it. Engine was knocking like crazy. Transmission was dragging. Only put 35 miles on it, thank God I made it. Glad I didn't have to go on a highway.
Joseph CThe truck was filthy dirty with candy wrappers, dirty t-shirts, papers, dust, dirt, etc. The ignition is not working properly. The inside of the truck was dirty and smelled like urine. Horrible

JOHNG BHad to wait 20 minutes for the truck. Windshield was filthy, engine made a lot of noise, AC was poor and wasn't allowed to leave my car. To top it off I reserved at a different location and somehow had to go to this place.
Brian HI walked in, no appointment, no problem. Made a stress-filled day of moving just that much easier. Front office man was a very standup, straightforward dude. Would use this location again.

John JBuddy was very abrupt and impatient. When asked questions his answer was in the form that we should know the answers. Literally while standing in the office waiting to be served because somebody walked in after us and was was served first they were returning they got priority status I guess you'd call it my daughter went on yelp and gave him a terrible review … He also said since they weren't open on Sunday that I could talk with her vehicle anytime as long as it was there before Monday morning and I said is not gonna charge me more than a day and he said it would flint. when I returned it I was double charged by the U-Haul app Check now waiting over an hour for a return call to have a fixed
