Very smooth transaction and great customer service.

George RIt would have better served our needs if a van or pickup truck could have been rented one way. We did not need a 10 ft cargo and the hitch would not accept our trailer because the ball on the truck was way too close to the bumper. Not enough clearance for the tongue to drop down on the ball. We could not use the truck for what we needed and returned it in 20 minutes with only 11 miles on it and payed $33 for nothing.
MICHAEL TThey were closed when I dropped off the equipment and I had to guess at the best place to park. The key drop was difficult to locate as well. I wasn't even sure after hours drop off was allowed. More signage is needed.

Bryan GNorth Telshor UHaul knocked it out of the park. Super friendly, quick, efficient, had exactly what was listed on his website. Had a bad experience a few minutes before at El Paseo location, I could see the truck that I wanted in the lot and was told it wasn't available even though they showed it as available on website. Definitely I'll use N Telshor location for all my future moving needs. 10/10.

Reynold WOverall the drop off was fine. They had no record of us not getting the dolly from the original location, and we still got charged for it. The location was very hard to find, tiny sign in a hidden place.

Donald SI spent 30 minutes trying to get my rental after setting it up for an app-based pick up. Upon arriving to the facility the app told me that this specific facility did not allow that to take place and that I would need to speak to somebody. Unfortunately, the building that was clearly marked U-Haul pick up which had all the U-Haul in front of it had nobody there. I called the U-Haul number and they said it was a specific type of facility and needed to transfer me to another facility. The facility said they tried to call the person on hand and couldn't get hold of anybody, so was trying to get me a U-Haul from another facility somewhere in town. During this time, a gentleman was picking up Mail and said that the main building I need to go to was in a different part of the building, which is also labeled U-Haul. So long story short, I wasted 30 minutes of my time going to facility Mark U-Haul talking to two different people on the telephone before finally getting my rental. I think I should be compensated somehow, for my time, since the labeling of the facility was poor at least.
Kevin JBack up cameras on the 20’-26’ trucks would be nice, and i'm sure would lead to less damage overall.
