Matthew TI stood in line at the 11th street store for over 20 minutes only to be told I needed to go to the Northview Bait and Tackle to pick up my trailer, as the trailer was missing a part. If they would have communicated this earlier I wouldn't have had to stand in line. Northview Bail and Tackle was awesome!

Stacey MGetting the truck was a problem, had it scheduled at a time to pick up the day before say we can't get tell much later then when you get there no truck. Have to run all over town to get on that is not the size you want. One has people to help one load then you are stuck with getting help not happy at all lot of stress.

Caleb GU-Haul is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! This place has burned me 2 times over the years!! They lied to me and the customer service is absolutely worthless!! Maybe hire people at locations that actually know what they are doing when renting equipment!! Terrible!!!! Owner of Northview Bait And Tackle is awesome!! The only good experience I had renting from Uhaul!! Awesome Guy!!!
Jeremy Wthe owner of this location is great. my issue is with U-haul they changed my pickup location 2 times and it was 17 miles away from my desired pickup location. they hardly gave me notice for the first change in location, then when I got to that location they said they didn't have the trailer I needed. The lady at North View was great she helped me hook my trailer up and was very friendly.
