No one there at the hours listed. No one answered the phone calls (several). I requested in-person pick up. I had to call some customer service, download an app, then fill out all the info only for the key to not be in the right box so the code didn't work. The lady gave me a master code and I opened another box and the keys were in there. The truck had a dolly and a bunch of used blankets that I didn't order. It had ants all over the inside of the truck. Horrible experience. Never again.

I have a pending charge from the drop off location for $44 without clarification or reason for the charge.

Andrew BWe ended up paying for nearly an entire tank of gas upon pick up and then being charged $30 for fuel when we returned the truck. I would consider this stealing. It was not a seamless check in process. The man who checked us in over the phone was surprised when the lock box he had us open didn't have keys in it. He then lead us to a pair of keys that weren't right - he had the size of our rental incorrect. Once we got the correct keys, knowing we had to fill up the tank and then "leave the tank at the level we found it" was massively disappointing.

Marian AWe couldn't get ahold of the store manager through the phone number written on the door because no one was there and the U-HAUL app was giving us problems. We called the number that was posted on the door and didn't get any answer. The person finally texted back and was confusing in how to help us. Thankfully this person did provide a phone number eventually for us to call U-Haul and fix the problem. Overall the experience turned out okay, but it was stressful and frustrating because we needed the truck and couldn't get ahold of the representative who was supposed to help us very quickly.

Thomas MI rented a uhaul from this site. I told store rep that I didn't require a utilitiy dolly. He told he he would remove it from the rental. I get the bill and not only am I charged $42 for the dolly, but I'm also charged $120 for a missing utility dolly. This is unaccaptable!!!!!!

Paul AThe store hours were not communicated in the U-Haul contract, only on the door, and they were closed by the time I arrived around 3:30 pm. Additionally, someone's phone number was posted to contact as a drop off, which I was not anticipating. The location itself was tricky to find and not well labeled. I was not able to assess the interior or the personnel due the strange business hours. For being a contracted U-Haul location, I would expect more accurate hours posted online and more clear signage to show customers where to go. Lastly, I was charged an additional $90 fee for potential damage/equipment, but no other information was provided about what had occurred. I will be following up about this fee, but no damage occurred during my use of the vehicle and if it's a matter of missing rental equipment, I already mentioned that it was not provided during the initial pick up. I am disappointed in the quality of U-Haul's services all around.

I even specifically asked when picking up the truck. I am also thoroughly disappointed in Uhaul after I put in a service complaint and got no email or confirmation response.

Vincent NThe key to the van was not in the lockbox where it was supposed to be. There was a person inside the store doing some construction work. Unfortunately he did not speak English. We had to call the store owner to get him to authorize the worker to find and give us the key. All of the lockboxes were unlocked, open, and empty, so apparently the business does not keep the keys to any of the U-Haul vehicles in the lockboxes. That makes the self checkout process difficult.

The 15' truck we rented was easy to drive, though the after-hours key drop-off at the same location was a drawback. However, the Mobile pickup and drop-off option was convenient. IMTIAZ HMade an appointment for 9am pick up, but there was nobody at the location when I went to pick up the truck so I had to call them and then wait almost 20 minutes for them to come and give me the key. The truck was almost down to a 1/4 tank of gas on pick up. There was a warning light to service the Stabilitrak and the traction control. Would not use again.
Alan BPlease don't add an extra charge without explaining it to the user, and let the user select it if needed and provide a cancel option in the summary if selected by mistake. I remember not selecting CDW coverage as this move was within a mile distance. Somehow, I was charged for that coverage. This time, it is not a significant amount. I will not trust uhaul.com for any of my moves in the future. Thanks and goodbye!

Ashor MNo one was at the location to assist us. The location was closed. Our key was not available in the lockbox so we had to call U-Haul. The U-Haul customer representative was extremely helpful. He called the location manager and made him meet us at the location. After watiing for over half an hour, the manager arrived, eventually gave us our truck keys, but he had to search extensively for the furniture pads we had requested. While we did eventually leave with the truck we rented, we were extremely displeased with the experience. The pickup location was disorganized and inattentive. The U-Haul phone custumer representative was professional, polite, calm, and very helpful.

This location needs to fix its geo tag because no one was there to assist and I had to call customer service for help.
