If you are going to charge people for an extension, please make sure every charge is properly explained. I was informed a day extra would be the cost of the truck, but then they also charged me for an extra day of many MANY other things. Absolutely horseshit. I don't mind paying extra if you are honest with me. I will certainly be telling everyone I know how trash of an experience this was.
Kasey HThe WiFi was super slow and I had to retake the photos of the van several times. The people at the drop off were confused when I told them I did the return process already and just needed to drop off a key. Took about 30 minutes to get it returned because of the phone signal issues but still super easy lots of parking and very kind people
Kaydance CThey Billed me and my sister for things they shouldn't have told us don't take pictures and then added on miles and Gas. I would recommend always taking pictures for yourself also was told I turned in my truck late when It was turned in early

YOCHANAN FWhen I got U-haul it had 3/4 of gas tank, drove 7 miles and it was should 3/4 still. Despite that they still charged me 10$ for gas. I feel it's a lot, even assuming I spent 1 gallon of gas (which is probably on a higher side of estimate), and gas in CO.right costs around 3$/galon
