The Pack and Ship employee that I received the van from was absolutely awesome!! 5 stars!!!! I will pick this location everytime I need to rent a Uhaul!! AND will pass this location on as THE place to pick up uhauls from!

They didn't make sure the trailer had trailer lights that worked. The process took 4 hours instead of maybe an hour that it should've taken originally.
