The people at this location we're friendly and we had a great experience with them, would recommend past 2 present to anyone looking for a u-haul or a tow!

I rented it twice the last time was 3 weeks ago. I'm still getting calls asking if I returned the uhaul. I returned it that day. Then they put a hold of my bank card for a week and then dropped it then did it again. I got another message again this morning asking if we returned it! Very incompetent very unprofessional.

No employees at the site or answering site phone numbers when I had a reservation. Had to call uhaul main number. U-Haul employee that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and got me going but it was a hassle to email photos and whatnot. The lady I spoke to gets a 10 out of 10 the location gets a 1. I feel I should have gotten a discount for the hassle of having a reservation and having to spend an hour figuring what to do with no employees there or answering.

Purchased padding blankets but was not told until I got there they didn’t have any.

When we took the transporter back during business hrs no one was there, so I drove back home. Later I called and someone finally answered the phone and said to just drop it off at the place even though no one was there. Way have hours posted as open but no one there? Should have a sign saying what to do if no one is there.

Reservation was changed and the new pick up location was closed with no option to receive key. Needed to go to third location to get a truck, in a size I didn't order. Threw off whole schedule of my moving day.

No interaction with anyone here. No answer on phone. Assume they were closed and cannot answer the questions without seeing it in person. Not found well on GPS. We arrived well before expected when we used GPS

The tire was dry rotted and ended up coming off on the highway. Set me back an extra day of travel.

The towing garage who I rented the truck from were fantastic!! Dealing with uhaul customer service, was a nightmare. I wasted at least an hour of my time, trying to get my truck that was reserved for 8am. Since the keys were not in the box for me to pick up (after the reservation was made for a counter person) and contacting uhaul back several times, I finally got ahold of the garage owner to bring me the keys. Customer rep had no problem relocating my reservation but stated I would have to pay another $100 deposit and I absolutely refused. After just paying for this reservation and not able to complete even the pick up, I wasn't about to place another reservation at another location and waste more of my time!!! I did not get to leave with my truck until an hour after my scheduled time. From now on I will try everything possible to find options EXCEPT to use uhaul. I hope to never have to use this company again for moving needs!! The garage themselves I would recommend but I would never recommend using uhaul if you plan on leaving on time and only having to pay what initially you are told.
