There was nobody there when I dropped the vehicle off. I returned later, (after several hours) and still there was nobody at the facility. I called the number listed and was told just to leave the truck there. I get a text a month later asking if the truck was dropped off and then two weeks later I get a bill for fuel even though I filled it to the same level it was when I received it. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future, nor will I use them again. This was extremely disappointing.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe tried to drop off the vehicle, but nobody was there. We called the number posted, and we were told that we would have to wait at least an hour before anyone would be there. We left and tried to return it later, but there still was nobody around. I dropped the key off at the key drop-off box and left only to get a text ten days later asking if I dropped the vehicle off.

David HI rented it twice the last time was 3 weeks ago. I'm still getting calls asking if I returned the uhaul. I returned it that day. Then they put a hold of my bank card for a week and then dropped it then did it again. I got another message again this morning asking if we returned it! Very incompetent very unprofessional.
