When we took the transporter back during business hrs no one was there, so I drove back home. Later I called and someone finally answered the phone and said to just drop it off at the place even though no one was there. Way have hours posted as open but no one there? Should have a sign saying what to do if no one is there.

Gary BReservation was changed and the new pick up location was closed with no option to receive key. Needed to go to third location to get a truck, in a size I didn't order. Threw off whole schedule of my moving day.
