I think no more I use uhaul 15 foot box truck didn't get good gas mileage I went less 30 miles and used to much gas over quarter tank other that truck was clean but experience was good other

Service the ratchets on the tie down straps. Rusted up and difficult to operate. Replace defective strap, sewn together incorrectly. Add coupling safety pin to prevent coupling from disengaging the latched position during travel. The tow dolly that I used needs attention to maintenance detail.

Return date on Monday by noon and the location was closed. Kept calling their number and voicemail was full. No way to speak to anyone.. poor way to do business.

Irina to U-Hauls from the same place twice in my whole life I've had nothing but trouble and not only that whoever is in contract with them they have never refund none of my mileage back and they owe me a pretty good mileage one trip was 19 miles and the other trip was 17 miles they've never refund none of my money back nothing so no I would not refer this company to no one..

Everything went very well the only thing is you need a variety of light hook up's. Not all have the same connection.

No problems with rental and staff assisted with hookup. The equipment was in good condition. Happy to rent there again.

I was charged $130 after being told I was given 220 miles on my truck. I only drove 180 miles AND put $25 of my own money in the tank because the truck didn't have sufficient gas in it to cover the 220 miles I was given with my rental. This trip should've cost me $198, instead it was almost $350. I am PISSED and will be calling tomorrow to hopefully be reimbursed the money that was stolen from me.

They were too busy conducting their pawn business and treated me like a second class citizen. They told me that they were too busy to check me in and would take care of it when they weren't so busy and took my contract copy because if I wanted it check in and it was clean and undamaged they wanted it. They would not go out and look at it while I was there. I photographed every inch of it to protect myself. Their assistance and customer service sucked. I have dropped off there 2 other time and it was a terrible experience every time. If this is they type of people that represent Uhaul, I'll find someone else to help me. I had allot of anxiety when I left here about them honestly looking at my trailer and their honesty in checking it in.

They don't do a walk around with you when you drop off, then they charged me for 3 additional days that I did not have the uhaul ,as I returned it on the day it was scheduled to be returned. I will NEVER take another uhaul there for a drop off, very poor communication. I found out about the charges 3 days after I returned the uhaul. I will be going into the pawn plus and discussing this in person in the am. To improve services for the next customer take this company off your services.

I got charged for fuel and wasn't right just put fuel in it before dropping it off

The first place I was sent to for drop off was terrible, no one home, no drop box for keys, no way to leave a phone message so we had to call UHaul, they gave us another place (Pawn Plus) to drive to for drop off. They were excellent.
