My pick up location was changed less than 24 hours of my scheduled pick up, to a location much further away. I had to call and find a new pick up location closer,. The time I was confirmed to pick up, was not even the time the location opened. Big hassle.
Stacy PThe car hauler was damaged! We had to pull the fender off of the tire in order to get it to move. It was very disappointing considering the price. It took quite a bit to fix it to where we could move it. The U-Haul truck's check engine light was on and when I called Pawn Plus they told me not to worry about it, the truck should be fine. It was a worry the whole time I was driving the truck to my location. Very unprofessional!
