Only constructive comment for the pickup location, would be that it was about ten minutes late opening that morning. Since it is also a functioning workout center, the lone employee was trying to get the gym moving and help me at the same time. Understandably a challenge. Realizing it's a family run operation, having a second person present during opening might be prudent. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Very nice man helped me out, and double checked my hookup for safety. Even when and got me clean pads.

It was very far from my destination and the extra mileage was not taken into account and I was charged way above what was reasonable for the drop off location. Also, the office was in a gym, and no one was there to check me in and when they did arrive, they did not review the extra mileage with me or have any information for me.

There was no box for the key it was in the office and the manager was not there we had to wait for him to arrive way past pick up time. Truck was dirty in the i side and we had to clean, also truck had damage and our stuff got wet from a bad repair job in the corner too. Very disappointing!

The truck was full of mud inside and out. Couldn't even see out of the windshield. Ask for 72 blankets and got 45 . 39 that were dirty. Only 6 were in a bag. Ask for a dolly and none available,so he told me to go buy one at Lowe's,use it then just return it. Was not full of fuel. Not a good experience.

Only complaint is that the drop off location that was most convenient for us (Boone NC) was full and could not allow us to drop the vehicle off there, we had to drive to another town to drop off the truck.

It was easy to get in and out of this location, it was not busy on a saturday morning. We didn't really have help hooking the trailer up since the gentleman checking us in was also running the Peak Fitness desk, but we have done it before so it wasn't a big deal.

Truck was OK, but inside the cab was very dirty from mud being tracked inside, including up on the driver's door, among other dirt and grime from previous renters. The intake location customer service gentleman asked if it was in this condition when I received it and I said yes. Otherwise I would not have said anything about it. Efficient check in, pleasant staff person.

There was a drop box, but no attendant or instructions about returning the equipment. If it was on the contract, I didn't see it. However, I received an email a few hours after drop-off with the final charges. Truthfully, I dropped-off 18 hours early.

Truck was not full, of fuel and was a total rattle trap. Brakes were dangerously "catchy" and the cargo box leaked on the 100-year old heirloom furniture I was hauling. Additionally, it was the first U-Haul unit I've ever seen without a loading ramp. Very bad overall experience that I would not repeat.

I tried to use the app to return the trailer, so I had no interaction with anyone at the site. When the app wouldn't load the return location, I called the 800 number and it took 10+ minutes to get to speak with someone. The parking area for the return was dirt/gravel and it was raining, so it was muddy. It was conveniently located and easily accessible.
