Successful Dolly rental . Easy payment. Got deposit back. Will definitely rent again.
APRIL SI asked for furniture blankets. Jamal didn't have any to rent, but has some for sale. Otherwise he was very friendly and helpful. And subsequently I really did not need the pads because of the kind of stuff we were moving.

Allison TOur truck was returned almost 3,5 hours after our original pick up time, we had to sit outside to wait as the gas station was tiny. After waiting we were set aside while the owner waited on customers that were there for check cashing. The inside of the cab was all sticky and the truck was terrible driving through the mountains. When going downhill it never shifted gears and the engine was at about 5000 rpm's. Also my contract was sent to me completely in Spanish. All in all it wasn't a very good experience.

Harold RI had a really awkward experience. I don't even know who I need to talk to about my experience. It's quite embarrassing and I think, regardless, I need to share my experience with someone. I'm just not comfortable typing it, I'd rather talk to someone about this, but I think it needs to be addressed.
Patrisha TBrake lights were not working, was rushed with the service because the attendant had to leave. No inspection of the equipment when checked out and checked in.

Terry HThe truck was dirty . The U-Haul place in Gallup New Mexico where I rented it was very unprofessional. He did the paper work wrong. The U-Haul place that I dropped it off in Durango Colorado was very rude and had a smart mouth. Very very unprofessional. I would not go to either place again.

Samuel SI don't know where to comment about the terrible ordeal I had with this move. I reserved a 10' truck for this move. I was told there wasn't one available in my town. But there was one available 40 miles away. So not my favorite option but I said maybe. The possibility of a 15' truck being available in my town existed. Again not my favorite option but I was open. Day before move I receive a call and was told neither truck was available. This caused a lot of upheaval in my trip. Was very frustrated to be told by uhaul manager that reservations are not guaranteed and pick up and drop off locations are preferences again not guaranteed. I felt that customer care and satisfaction are not your priority. Again this had nothing to do with Oenny Pinchers.
Maria GI am not happy that U-haul ENCOURAGES customers to use the APP for returning vehicles, but DON'T verbalized to customers that if you do the return via the APP without any help from their staff they will BILL you $20! What a rip off!!! I never got the "contract" via paper, but was sent to my phone and I was already packing it up and on the road!

Swuena HThey said I could use a 1 7/8" hitch ball which was a lie and the trailer became separated. I told them I had no problem purchasing the 2" ball however they said I would be fine. Incredibly negligent also the lights weren't functional. You all should refund my money
