James HThis was not one of the best experiences with U-Haul. I made a reservation at a particular location and they DID NOT call the night before to tell me they did not have the equipment and would be sending me to another location but instead sent me a text AFTER hours. The main problem was the location was an hour and half away from original location. the next morning, the day I needed the trailer, I spoke with a supervisor, who was nice, but she was unable to help with getting the equipment at the location I needed, but she was able to find a location only 45 mins away instead of an hour and a half. I understand that the equipment might not be available on the day you need it, but for someone who made the reservation 3 MONTHS in advance I think I should they should have had ample time to make sure one was available for me instead of giving it to someone who just walks in. All the people I dealt with were kind, but this experience will definitely make me think twice about U-Haul.

Bryan WOur family was in a horrific motor vehicle accident on near-by interstate10. The local Fire Department offered their facility to get off the road way and make a few phone calls. But when we couldn't get a rental car they suggusted their local U-Haul. This was a perfect solution to our problem. We found the U-Haul facilitie to be very helpful and at a reasonable cost and quick service. We were able to get back on the road to get home. We were able to drop off the U-Haul at our local U-Haul dealer the next day. This was a blessing for our family. Thanks, Watkins Family

william fI got a 26 ft truck ..engine light was on, had to travel pretty far to get the U-Haul and got no credit for the mileage ...the U-Haul got aired out w a hose on the day I picked up. The mileage was entered wrong causing me a lot of grief in returning the U-Haul. My report stated I rented a 20 ft not a 26 ft.
