The check in and out on app/phone is difficult and not in a streamline order. I payed at checkout then it wanted more pictures so I had to go back to truck to complete.

I had reserved my pick up location to be in the same town I was moving from. The reservation was confirmed but then 2 days before my move I'm told to pick up the truck 15 miles away in the wrong direction. Not happy about this but no other choice.

Elizabeth SHave the vehicle promised at the time and place promised. shell in Cameron, used my truck for personal reasons at the time I had reserved it. This forced me to get a larger truck at a different location and waste over 2 hrs of moving time.
