The trailer had issues with the right turn signal and a representive from U-HAUL was there working on trailers. He fixed the problem quickly and we were able to leave with a working trailer.

The check in and out on app/phone is difficult and not in a streamline order. I payed at checkout then it wanted more pictures so I had to go back to truck to complete.
TYLER BI had reserved my pick up location to be in the same town I was moving from. The reservation was confirmed but then 2 days before my move I'm told to pick up the truck 15 miles away in the wrong direction. Not happy about this but no other choice.
