I was given an extra 15 miles and didn't use 30 of the 45 we had. Over filled the tank. Steve was nice enought to extend the milage. I would rent from uhaul again if needed. Very thankful for Steve helping us out.

Attendant on site seemed clueless about process. Took about 45 minutes just to get the keys. During the check, requested equipment was not present in the truck and the attendant took another 10 minutes to figure out whether to give me a dolly that I rented ahead of time.

Diane PI was charged for a day I didn't even have the truck. The pick up some doesn't answer. Customer service who I spoke with numerous times was rude and unhelpful. Ive used uhaul in the past a few times but after this i Won't be using it again.

Al Wit took two and a half hours to complete the pickup. i was supposed to get the trailer at a place five minutes away n was switched to this location which was thirty minutes away. they had no equipment like the ball i needed so i had to go to a parts store across town to get that. the person didn’t know how to help hook it up n had to call the store manager at home twice to get help. overall a bad experience

Donna FI have already recommended U-haul to a few people! I was so excited to see the rental as only $25! My trailer is too small for most of my purchases from Menards. We even popped a tire on my trailer just trying to get wood home from menards. My trailer is way to small and I don't want to buy a bigger one and have it sitting in my yard. I was totally excited with my rental! xoxoxox

Ralph KTook forever to return. Attendant was vulgar and not professional at all dropping F-bombs the entire time. Attendant seemed to have a lot of trouble getting equipment to work and even was walking around outside trying to get a signal on her smartphone to do the return. Served other customers in between helping us even though we had waited forever. Never again. That's all on top of the terrible U-Haul experience we had from the start.
