Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved the unit to be picked up in Marseilles IL. several weeks prior to the rental, two days before I was informed, I needed to pick up the unit in Streator IL, this added an additional 50+ miles to the cost of the rental. Nothing to do with the location, just a U-Haul issue
Michael RWish this location was able to do a courtesy drop off . This area has no local transportation so a lift Would have been ideal . Uhaul , as a whole , should offer drop offs in areas that have poor or no transportation for its valued customers.
Pablo VHAVE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE GUY THAT RUNS THIS. AFTER GETTING A HOLD OF HIM WHICH THE GAS STATION ATTENDANT CALLED FOR ME, VERY EASY TO TALK WITH AND VERY EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
Brad KI was given an extra 15 miles and didn't use 30 of the 45 we had. Over filled the tank. Steve was nice enought to extend the milage. I would rent from uhaul again if needed. Very thankful for Steve helping us out.
