I was charged for a day I didn't even have the truck. The pick up some doesn't answer. Customer service who I spoke with numerous times was rude and unhelpful. Ive used uhaul in the past a few times but after this i Won't be using it again.

Al W.it took two and a half hours to complete the pickup. i was supposed to get the trailer at a place five minutes away n was switched to this location which was thirty minutes away. they had no equipment like the ball i needed so i had to go to a parts store across town to get that. the person didn't know how to help hook it up n had to call the store manager at home twice to get help. overall a bad experience
