She was outside before we parked and went over the rental with us and we were out of there in a short time. She was really nice!

Nothing, Rhonda at the Uhual location I went to was the absolute best and very helpful
GARRETT VThey didn't have the truck I reserved, gave me a different one-piece of junk! The mirror was duct-tapped on. The next day I was accused of damaging the truck, which I didn't. And then I was charged for more miles than agreed. The U-Haul person is a crook and same on you for having junky equipment!

CHRISTOPHER JThe pickup times in the reservation and the U Haul location in cheyenne had different times for the pick up/ business opening times. The reservation time was 0800 and the location didn't open until 0900. This forced me to adjust all moving plans and recoordinate inspections and movers.

She made sure that we got the equipment we needed, even going the extra mile to work with us on pricing due to having to do a round trip but only needing the U-Haul to go one way. This was honestly the best experience I've had renting a U-Haul in the last 10 years! I would recommend to anyone who needs to rent one to go see Rhonda.
