Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCustomer service was great to work with.
Terryn BWhen I returned the truck in Cheyenne Wyoming the lady there didn't check me in right away on a computer like a normal U-Haul check in. About half hour later I got a email bill with a $30 fuel charge because she said it wasn't where it should be on the fuel gauge. I filled it to the same spot on the gas gauge as when I picked it up in Benson Arizona. There was a smudge on the plastic lens right where the gas gauge shows the amount and it made it look like there's less. I had to look underneath the smudge to see the actual amount on the gauge. I don't think that's fair. In general it was a very poor experience with U-Haul.
Harry SRhonda helped get my car off the dolly and then backed the dolly into a tight spot for me. She allowed me to leave my car on her lot while I went and unloaded the truck. Many Thanks!
Penny BVery friendly and helpful!
