My girl at 710 Lincolnway has never ever failed to make sure I got what I need. Trailed pulled smooth from Cheyenne to North Carolina turned in workout issue incident or damage.
Tabitha KRhonda is the best. She saved the day - she truly went above and beyond to take care of us. We couldn't recommend her any higher. The rest of the Uhaul experience was quite awful, however. I truly do not understand how I can make a reservation for a life-changing event that overwhelming requires exact deadlines and it not actually be guaranteed. What would we do if the reservation I made several months ago was not available 2 days before a one-way (international) move?!! It's madness! We are fortunate that Rhonda saved the day and was our hero, but if not for her, we would have been completely stranded, despite making arrangements well in advance.
Jeremy GI dropped the trailer off. Nobody was there. I went back several times and also called several times. She did return the call one time and told me she was very busy. However, I wanted to get proof that I returned the trailer. I've been using U-Haul for years. This was a very bad experience.
JERRY DRhonda was amazing and accommodated an early pick up to meet our needs! She was very professional and actually made the experience fun.
