Excellent customer service at this location. The U-Haul representative confirmed the water leak as puddles were noticeable in the back in the granny attic and floor. There were signs of previous maintenance on the cab with newer corner caps and caulking on outside and inside. The U-Haul 15' was unsatisfactory due to water leaking into the back, soaking boxes, and the queen mattress with box spring. However, boxes can be repackaged but cannot replace ruined photos and records. Additionally, the mattress has begun to mold while attempting to dry out. Mechanically, U-Haul drove well, but when parked in my driveway overnight, fluid leaked onto the ground, leaving a 3' x 5' brown stain.

MICHAEL CI paid an extra 1/2 a tank thinking I would reimbursed. They told me I had to eat the cost. Shameful should be a sign to let renters know. I would have left it in E. Would like to be reimbursed for unused fuel!

GEORGE DJust have a question here about my rental, when I originally rented it, I had chosen a location that was closest to my destination. I even confirmed this on the phone with a representative. I was then contacted a few days later stating that no location near where I needed to be had an auto transport, I was then told that not even a tow dolly was anywhere close either. This added time to my trip, I was also told at the pickup location that my account was suspended and I had to call u haul again for a 3rd time now. When I called and spoke to the representative I was told that I had no issues with my account and my balance was 0. Another issue I had was when I originally rented I choose no insurance but somehow it was added on to the rental, I would like some of this rectified. Also it wanted to mention the tow straps both loosened twice on the trip and I had to constantly check the straps.

ROGER DWe tried to use the pick up method through the app; however, the store did not assign a vehicle to us and did not place the key outside in the box meeting we missed our pick up time. We were told by customer service to then wait for the store to open at 9am to get our rental. No one showed up to work and by 9:30 we had to call again and then go to another location to pick up a separate truck. This entire ordeal made us two hours late meeting our movers and completely threw off our entire moving day. This is probably said a lot when things go wrong but genuinely this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a business.

L. MI did a contactless drop off so no personnel was needed. However, I picked the vehicle up on half a tank and returned or on half a tank. Uhaul is saying the vehicle was picked up on 3/4 tank. I was billed about $51 for what they are saying was missing. Even if the fuel was low, it would not have cost $51.

Jesse KI agreed to transport a vehicle trailer to Jacksonville And in return have a credit if $50 applied to my bill. The engine sounded concerning but made it fine. Ratchets on trailer to hold tires were so rusted it barely turned. Had to work them hard to move. Strap on left was too short and frayed. Tire on right front of trailer became low in about 70 miles. Put air in and it made it about another 70 miles and must have leaked a lot because the tire started smoking and was totally destroyed. UHaul guy, Terry, was great. So helpful and checked on me later to make sure we were taken care of. That was 2 hours on side of road plus time working ratchets trying to get them to hold tire securely. All in all, it cost me more time than worth plus lost help unloading truck. They left due to delay. Poor experience that no one could have predicted but something definitely wrong with tire. Ratchets and straps should have been replaced.

I've used this drop off location before. They are always friendly & easy to deal with. I was shocked to find no one there.
