Barb was such a great help! Cannot say enough good things about our experience. She made booking our next uhaul adventure so easy! Would highly recommend this location.
James HMy experience with this U=haul location in Tiffin has been nothing short of suburb. Should I need U-haul in the future I will certainly utilize Rock Run again, and recommend it highly to anyone looking for U-haul services.

Minerva SThe location was great. The women who helped me did everything in her power to make it a great experience. My problem was with the company. I reserved a 15 foot truck online and was confirmed. When I got to the location they did not have a record of my reservation or a 15 foot truck for me to used. When the locale person called the company they suggested I drive over an hour away because that "is now where his truck is". The women at Rock Run Bulk Food got me set up with a 26 foot truck for the same price. Because I was desperate to move my son out of his college apartment I agreed. I should have never agreed! It cost me more in gas and the high winds on route 30 east were so bad I had trouble staying in my lane. Backing it was a nightmare and driving through the middle of Tiffin and Millersburg I thought for sure I was going to clip another car. I know this will fall on deft ears and the U-Haul company will do nothing monetarily to make this right and I'm sure they will not fix the problem for future renters because the women at the pick up office told me I was not the first this has happened to. Hey U-Haul fix your online reservation system!

PAMELA HCharging the credit card on file twice for the date of service due to a $3 gas charge discrepancy was discouraging. The vehicle was returned to the location with what was thought the same gas level at the time of pick up.

JOAN KI intentionally did a mobile pick up thinking the store would be closed when I needed it. Luckily there was someone there to assist me however she was not happy about it at all. The inside of the trailer was dirty When she had me do the mobile check. She took my phone and checked off the millage and license plate even though they did not match. I was in a bind and really needed the truck so I took it anyways. I only needed it for maybe an 1,5 hours. No protect needed as it was just 1 small item I needed to pick up. I cleaned out the back before giving it back our of respect and I also put plenty of gas in it. Ultimately this uhaul ended up being 68 dollars. I saw the 19,99 sale and figured it would be around 40 but 68 is a big steep for what I used it for. I have messaged them about the 15 dollar protection plan that I didn't agree to and I have not received any correspondence back. I've used uhaul my entire life. This experience with that rude attendant has made me double think who I will continue doing business with. I know 68 dollars is chump change to some. But this situation has left me in the negative and for absolutely no reason at all.
