Well, while the personnel that was working, there was very helpful and did their very best…. U-Haul's computer system failed on me twice once the day before and once the day of to the point that I had to go on my phone and secure the equipment that I was renting on my own that's why my rating is below average. Your employees went above and beyond. I feel like they did their best for what they were working with. U-Haul you need to step it up with your computer systems that keep failing and freezing up. It's not a good way to do business and very ineffective

PATRICIA HWindshield wipers need to be replaced on this vehicle. The rubber on the wiper blades has become hard and does not properly clear all the water off the windshield.

This specific store didn't have an appliance dolly on hand but they were able to contact another UHAUL down the road to assist. They didn't have to do that but they out of the way to assist. Customer service in general was excellent.

Justin HThe individual was great and helpful. Trailer was dirty with trash, and nuts and bolts in it. Also the chains that hold the tailgate were disconnected causing it to fall and hit my leg. There was no way to reconnect the chains and I notified her when I got back.

I could use the money just as much as rocket city storage. This would have put the icing on the cake for the highest quality, access & security Rocket City Storage offers. I know you will be double dipping on the storage unit and rent it out make money & keep my credit. I had a prime unit so I know it will not take much to rent. The staff interactions have always been very positive at this location. I have been with both N 231/431 locations for probably over 10 years (combined duration). The facilities were expensive, IMO, but met my needs. Recent increase in pricing without regard to customer loyalty was my reason for leaving. As well, they state that they are competitive, yet I got secured a storage location in which the storage unit was the same size, closer to my home, fairly new, and the cost was over $40 less per month.
