Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved online and everything went so smooth and simple. Had a couple encounters with the office staff and she was very pleasant.
Ruth L | Expérience généraleStaff and facility are both excellent. Reliably easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. Best experience so far- I will choose them again and recommend to others.
Paul R | Expérience généraleGreat communication and very clean facility.
Maureen M | Expérience généraleThere were a few issues with pests (many wasps and one rat), and the gravel driveway is a bit of a hindrance, but overall my experience renting 2 units for the past year has been positive. The staff was great (especially with coordinating move-in and handling any problems), the facility was clean and well maintained, and the hours, unit sizes, and location were very convenient. I would definitely recommend Rocket City Storage.
Sara M | Expérience généraleFrom the time I checked in years ago to the time I checked out I have always received great services. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
Daniel A | Expérience généraleI especially loved the RV storage.
