I spent an hour looking for my rental. When I called for help, I wasted 45mins on the phone. When I finally got some help, they told me to ask the person in the flower shop. There should be better information about this location. I did ask for my time to be extended given that I couldn't find the truck and I was on the phone for an nearly and hour trying to get help. They then told me I would be charged an additional $38 for the inconvenience that was caused. I was on a time crunch in terms of moving. I'm very upset about this situation. And will not be renting from this location again.

No parking lot. Had to find street parking which was damn near impossible in this neighborhood.
WINDSOR SIt was difficult to find because we were looking for a parking lot. Instead it's a remote drop off where you checkout online. The address is a florist shop. The man working at the store was very helpful. We parked the truck on the street in front of his shop.

Ruth LThis is a U-Haul issue more than an issue with the business associated with the pick up. I chose remote pickup and the process at that location was frustrating because I had to search for the truck blocks away from the store walk back and forth between the truck and the store and it was parked curbside so it was difficult to maneuver from between the cars. Also it took two calls to U-Haul to finish the pick up because I was dropped from the app partway through the check in. I had the same problem with the app when I dropped off the truck. System needs work.

SANDIP PExtremely friendly. Mobile pickup had two small hitches -- van was not parked in the indicated area (was under a block away on same street) and the lockbox was tricky to open. Five-star experience compared to Honore Storage down the street (do not use them -- switched to this location when Honore didn't bother to honor the online reservation).

Norris WEquipment was no where to be found, spent 20 minutes looking around the neighborhood on side streets for equipment. Terrible location with no parking arrangement for equipment. Was called by store operator and told they would drive us to the truck. We should have been notified BEFORE our pickup time.
