Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no clear instructions as to how to obtain keys to the vehicle. Attendant did not specify there is a regular check in vs an express check in which made the experience more difficult, and my original reservation was cancelled by a hire up representative and I was charged far more than my original estimate, which was well under $40. Equipment was hidden behind a curtain and in a non secure place where staff only is permitted. Certainly would not recommend this location at all.

Huseyin GI spent an hour looking for my rental. When I called for help, I wasted 45mins on the phone. When I finally got some help, they told me to ask the person in the flower shop. There should be better information about this location. I did ask for my time to be extended given that I couldn’t find the truck and I was on the phone for an nearly and hour trying to get help. They then told me I would be charged an additional $38 for the inconvenience that was caused. I was on a time crunch in terms of moving. I’m very upset about this situation. And will not be renting from this location again.
