The parking lot for the U-Haul rentals is just past the office. The personal was helpful and connected the trailer up to my hitch for me.

When returning the rental of which I paid for in cash I was only offered a gift card or to have a check mailed to me, if I paid in cash why wasn’t I given my deposit back in the same form of payment that I paid for the rental in.

Your representative at this location was awesome. She went far and beyond to help me out with switching out trucks because the one I ordered was not what I needed. She called her manager to see if it was possible to switch out trucks. The truck was clean and we'll kept, same as the trailer. Would do business with them again!

I had trouble reaching this location by phone in order to schedule the truck. The staff was friendly, kind and courteous. The truck had a bad smell in the back and I made them aware of it and the truck was dirty and needed to be swepted out. They used a blower to get out some of the trash (rocks and gravel but the service was incomplete therefore I swept it out again myself before putting anything on the truck. Also the truck did not come with a hand truck and I made them aware of this as well. Then I got stuck in the truck for 3 days past my return date because the gate code on new storage space did not work and I was unable to reach anyone on their staff. And there was not emergency service number to call. So the smell that was on the truck seeped into most of my stuff and now it is in my stuff in my new storage space. They should' ve tried to clean up the smell with a household cleaner or something appropriate for that situation.

The pick up key box is not in plain sight. I did not have my equipment on the truck upon arrival. I had to go to a send location to pick up furniture pads and they didn't have the dolly I needed so I had to go with out. Just very poor service for the money that was spent.

The only thing I recommend is a big uhual sign outside because it only says uhual on the building door. The lady was kind and helpful. It was a quick and easy process.

The rental experience was good in regards to the agents that assisted me at both locations. The checkin and checkout process with the app is not intuitive for the first time user. Hats off to the agents at both facilities who were very helpful in assisting me to complete my rental needs. Grady P.

There is an open field where you drop off the truck and drop the key in a drop box. Did not speak with anyone.

Bad customer service !! Truck n the trailer was raggedy . Then the gas hand was broke n they charge me 400 dollars for bring it 8 minutes away from the location I got it from , with the lady never told me I was suppose to bring it back to the location I got it from !!

Greetings Im contacting you to make a complaint. My rental experience ended in a bad way the dealer overcharged me for gas. Before returning the truck back to the original rental location I put fuel in the truck to the required limit. When I parked the car back into the parking lot I took a picture of the dash showing the current miles and the gas level. When I went back into the office I asked the lady does she want to see my picture and to verify everything before I leave she told me no. When I left the lot she calls me saying the gas is not at the correct limit. I sent her the picture I took and she told me my photo was incorrect. After going back and forth I told her I will contact corporate and she was very reluctant to give me her name. She eventually gave me her name which is Mary Jane which I do not know if that is her correct name. She made my Uhaul experience feel like I was getting scammed. I will never refer anyone there.

I had a 10:00am rental appointment and when I got to the location no one was there. The lady that runs the location never showed up and had to walk me thru the rental over the phone. I didn't get my truck till almost 11:00am and as a result I was late picking up and dropping off my items and I hade to pay a late fee at my drop off location. I am very disappointed and I will never use this location again. Very unprofessional!!!

Will not use this particular U-Haul dealer again. The person that handled our truck pickup did go over the after hour return policy so we didn't know anything about taking pictures of the truck ,the fuel gage and the odometer. The truck had 1/4 tank of fuel when we picked it up we put 29 miles on the truck. I put 5 gallons of fuel in it at the 2042 Fairburn Rd QT station the gage was on 1/4; we drove straight to 6344 Fairburn Rd the U-Haul dealer maybe a mile and a half away. Drop off time was 7:30pm Saturday April 1. We were informed today Monday April 3 1:30pm that we would be charged a Fuel Service fee of $30 plus $7,12 for two gallons of gas because the truck was below a !/4 of a tank. We have always used U-Haul when we needed a truck.. Not so sure anymore ! Bad experience !!

Don't release a car with mechanical issues. Then charge the customer as if they neglected to uphold their end of the contract. Customer service process was THE worst. + Calling or chat feature equals same amount of hold time, but better than actually speaking to someone.

MaryJane was a complete sweetheart. She checked me in and got me out within minutes and was nice and professional every step of the process. The truck had plenty of gas and in great shape. I would recommend this location for sure.

No one except a man named Anthony and his friend, he did not inspect the truck, I was charged 9,83 cents for fuel and I left it exactly with the same amount I started with.

The check in process is in no way seamless especially for a repeat customer. Agent needs to be trained. I had to entered my photos 4 separate times. Definitely will look elsewhere.

Please note that the truck number is either outside above the driver's side of the truck (not right side) or on the right side of the dashboard. I spent several minutes trying to find the number.

The pick up location was dirty, cluttered, and unorganized. The equipment was not properly maintained. We had to call roadside assistance when our 26' truck broke down on the interstate at 4am. Ugh!

The truck was absolutely disgusting. If it wasn't for the urgent situation, we wouldn't have continued with the rental. We will never use U-Haul again. Then to have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee when it's obvious that no cleaning was being done.

The location was super sketchy. The trucks were parked in a dirt lot with no building and you had to squeeze through a broken gate to get to the office next door that appeared to be an abandon building.

I was charged an extra day for being 15 minutes late although the gas stations were very crowded because of shortage of gas it took me 30 minutes to get gas also I’ve always remembered through the years of dealing with you all half an hour grace.. I would like a refund for the extra day!
