Absolutely, hands down the worst customer service experience I've had all around in a long time. I hold no grievances with Uhaul at present. Dispute still on going. Received my truck with 27miles till empty. No help from staff at either location. Was fraudulently double charged at drop off. How long has that been going on. Attendant and drop off made me go back out to the truck get a picture of the fuel and mileage so he didn't have to and then proceeded to charge me because I didn't remove the tow dolly from the truck despite not asking me to completely laziness and deceiving practices. At the pickup location they were 20 minutes late and Tony who almost literally slammed the door in my face twice and would not help me with the dolly to the truck. Just a horrible expiernce all around. As for tye added chages and deceptive practice. UHaul need to investigate how long thats been going on. I guarantee im not the first nor the last. My suggestion if Uhaul wants continue its good buisness practice it would move them to vet their licensees better at the very least monitor.

Gregory KYou need to fire Katie. She’s awful and has the worst attitude. Her emotions get in the way of actually doing her job because of her ego. She was power tripping and trying to dictate what I can and can not get. You guys lost a lot of sales because of her. I needed to purchase a person to tow the truck and a lock smith for a new key. Her attitude is horrible.
