There was absolutely no help in dropping off the trailer. I was told that I had to do it myself. I have health issues and am not able to do so. I had to call a friend to come to the location to help me. It was a horrible experience. I will deal with another location in the future.

THOMAS WThe rep at this location, although very polite, was completely overwhelmed and incapable of doing her job. It took 2 hours to start a reservation and she couldn't even finish due to her long line of customers buying lottery tickets. She had to take my info along with my cc number and finish that night after she closed. When I went to pick up my reserved vehicle, the lady that was working this day had zero training on their system and had to call the U-Haul hotline. Once she got hold of them, she had me use her computer and I finished the reservation with the U-Haul representative. This took well over an hour. We finally got out of there. But this story isn't finished! The truck was returned on time and with the same amount of fuel that it was taken with. I noticed on my bill that I was charged for $58 dollars for fuel. When I returned to the store to ask the lady why, she told me that she couldn't get into the key lock box. Because she couldn't get into it, she had to "guess" because she couldn't check then fuel level. She then gave me the code to the lock and asked if I could try to get it. I was successful in retrieving the key. I gave her the key and she said she would return the money once she checked the fuel. This may not come as a surprise, I have not been returned the money. The truck is currently hooked up to the same trailer that I took and I know for certain that it has not moved, because the ramps are still down on the ground. How in the world did she even know how much fuel to put in if the truck hasn't even moved? This U-Haul rep is magic! Horrible experience!!!!!
WILLIAM SThey don't really seem to do much at this location… It is a small general store. However if you know what you're doing and what you need then they would be fine. I just dropped the trailer off here because it was close to my house.

garey wProper training for employee's should be a must.The wait time to rent and return truck was horrible. Other customers were being waited on, even though we were first in line waiting. If this place is going to rent U Hauls, than they need more than 1 person in the store. Kind of felt sorry for the poor lady doing it all on her own. We will not rent from there again.
