Need to be clearer about the app when drop off. The location was perfect but because we had to use the app it's not clear how to start the return

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad to unhook trailer myself, no one working the lot to assist me.
Les WAPP was super easy to navigate and the customer service was superb on both ends of the transaction.
MATTHEW PNo assistance on finding correct unit in parking area. No assistance in connecting unit or safety check before leaving. Waited on many other customers while trying to assist me.
Robert CThe drop off was 7 miles out of my way, when again, there was a rental location within a mile of my destination. Uhaul used to try to make it more convenient for the customer. At 7 mpg on the truck, we spent over $20 more in gas, and almost didn't have the mileage needed, because we couldn't pick up and drop off the equipment where we wanted to.
