Aside from the facility not being opened on time, everything else went quite smoothly. The staff was pleasant. The check in was efficient and easy. Return went just as smoothly.

Excellent customer service from chichi and the young least whose name unfortunately eludes me right now. They were professional and confident in the knowledge and communicated well and clearly even just ending the overall experience with kindness. It was much appreciated.

Marilyn HThe woman who checked me in and out charged me for the insurance even though i declined it on my reservation. She never asked me to confirm if i wanted it. She just checked the button. I was inside the truck she could have asked and didn't. When i asked her abt it she said it was too late and i needed to call customer service. I called customer service and they said the manager would call me today to provide resolution, i.e a refund. He never called me and i fond this ridiculous. I have never had an issue with uhaul before and would like my refund asap

I would definitely recommend this location after having some interesting experiences on the phone with U-Haul and with being disappointed when another facility was not open or the many times that we've gotten trucks that were dirty and not well kept, this location on 87th St. was definitely a great choice

Pamela CThe gas was not on a quarter of tank, there was only 33 miles left before it hits E and after filling it up more then what I started with I was still charged for gas and other fees. Overall this was a horrible experience at a time where I paid hard earned money to a company that is supposed to make this process easier for its customers in their need for your particular service.
