I ordered blankets and a bed protector. nothing was there when i picked up the truck. i emailed customer service and was still charged for all of the stuff. now I get to wait a week to get my money back. not impressed at all!!!!

The only thing I noticed was the center console had not been wiped down. It appeared that a prior renter had spilled some liquid. I point this out only because this was present when I picked it up, and I had no obligation to clean it. Really, it was no big deal to me, but some people are very uptight about such things.

I reserved in Coeur d Alene and was sent over to east side of Post Falls to pick up. Then had to drive back to Hayden to load up my place. The Spokane place was great drop off. I was then charged for going over 5 miles. I did not expect that, nor should II have been charged it. I was sent too far away to get the uhaul and I had to back tracked to load.

The U-Haul mobile app gave us a bit of trouble when returning the truck...it kept asking us to take pictures over and over again. Eventually we just called the customer service and they completed our return. Maybe next time, we'll deal with humans when picking up and dropping off. We really did like the mobile app convenience in picking up the truck. That was simple!

There were so many bugs on the window that I could barely see out. The guy was nice in Post Falls. The lady in Grants Pass was friendly. Otherwise everything else was good.

Very easy process for last minute truck rental. I would use this location again and highly recommend.

Truck was supposed to be "full" when I picked it up. After driving it 7 miles, I topped it off with 8,6 gallons. Truck was not full when I rented it. Take heed, photograph the gas gauge on any rental before you drive off, I did not receive a credit for the less than full rental.

Forgot to include the dozen furniture protectors and appliance dolly, both of which would have made my moving day a hell of a lot easier.

The location was great. U-Haul's overall system is a pile of shit. Fix your online checkin and return.

Just a comment for the future. It would be great to have temp gauges and brake controllers. One more thing is cruise. 9 hours a day for days at a time is hard on the old leg

Not much to say except Seltice Self Storage could use a little more parking space..... Everything went very smoothly from Setting it up online, pick up and return.

Was supposed to meet for a pickup, no one was at the location when I arrived, and I didn't know you could just set up an account to get the pin code for the key lock. So I got the uhaul an hour late, I don't know if your supposed to get a car wash before you deliver the vehicle to a location either, but I didn't get it "clean". I hope it wouldn't result on an up charge on my end.
