Only took a few minutes when I arrived to complete the paperwork and I was on my way. Returning the vehicle was even quicker so the whole process went efficiently.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisQuick and easy, thanks.
Chinguunjav WMake sure both tail lights are working. The truck we received had a tail light out. Clean floors in interior. Truck was fairly dirty in the floors in the cab. App check in was awful, took 45 minutes to get checked in which took away from our time to use the truck which was very frustrating.
Jennifer HDrop off after hours no personal to help but the check out went smoothly.
David DDue to our order pickup location being changed we had to drive to a different state to pick up or ordered U-Haul’s. Was charged an entire extra day even though U-Haul was returned on the day specified. No one informed us that we had to return it by a specific time or we would be charged for an additional day. If we had been informed we would have done that.
