The only location with a truck nearby for 8 a.m. Saturday was unattended. We were told we would use the u-haul app to complete the pick-up process when we arrived. That's where the disaster began. When we arrived at 8:50 and opened the app, we could click the Pick-Up button but nothing would happen. We tried everything but couldn't get any information from the app or the website. We found a number to call and after waiting on hold for half an hour the rep who finally answered said she had to reset our reservation since we arrived late! Nowhere did the app or website tell us anything about that! Once she did it we were able to start the process. The app requires uploading pictures of your driver license and a half dozen pictures of the truck. It is a very slow, clunky, process which was made much worse by the app crashing part of the way through, discarding the pictures I had already loaded, and forcing me to start over. Three times. Then you have to wait for an "approval process" with no updates of progress or status. While struggling with all of this we called the "help" number again but no one ever answered. It took 2 hours of this infuriating mess before we were finally able to complete the process, pick-up the truck and head toward the house where people had been waiting for hours. The truck was dirty inside, but usable as a moving truck with 115k miles on it. It actually drove well and we had no problems - until drop-off at our destination. Once again, we had to use the terrible app, this time being forced to provide 8 pictures that required starting over several times. The drop-off location was staffed, but we were ignored since we were a "truck share" app rental customer. All-in-all a terrible rental experience during a difficult time. Our family won't ever do this again.

I would not recommend this location for a person moving on the weekend. We had to retake photos 5 times due to poor service in the area, and they are not open in order to speak to anyone.

RANDALL DI paid for a utility dolly and a normal dolly to be used and they were not on the truck. I was also sent yo this location 40 minutes away from where I booked my truck because the location where I was supposed to get my truck did not leave it to be picked up by mobile and they were closed the day I needed the truck.
Charles NDidn't even get the link to get the uhaul was very frustrating. Had to call the customer service hotline to get the uhaul. Late taking the uhaul back due to not getting it on time was charged extra.

I try to do that and it says I have an account. When I try to login, I can't bc it says I don't have account. I'm still trying to get through to ensure I was billed correctly.

The gentleman wait10 minutes for us and stated a time he would be there and was not!!!! We were sitting in the parking lot for over an hour while movers waited on me at my house to load…. I was paying them by the hour!!!! I can assure you that if y'all continue to use a system and not a person at the location, I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!!!
tami pNot the cleanest of locations. Trailers are parked in the back of the location in high grass. Building looks a little shabby. Parking area for trucks is just a dirt lot instead of using the paved lot in front of the business.
