I received a phone call that they were going to be closing early, which was greatly appreciated. I could pick up the truck and get on with my day to move my belongings from a storage unit back to our house. The app is user-friendly. Je les recommanderais sans hésiter.

WILLIAM DDropped off the truck, the sales person asked for pics of the mileage and gas and the back of the truck, showed him all the pics he said it was great and I paid what I owed, then they charge my card a cleaning fee the next day. I am disputing the charge and already got my money back. The company should go look at the truck and not go off pics if they just charge the customer fraudulent cleaning charges in the end without the customer authorization. I wont deal with this company anymore. I will find another company to rent from.

Sheriff TReservation location was incorrect. There were no pads that were promised because "they just don't have any". The drop off message was never sent and check out took a half hour. My reservation was under the wrong name. And they charged me for protection, but my account said that I opted out. Very poor communication. Very unimpressed. Made our moving experience way more annoying & stressful than necessary. Shame on uhaul

Then dropping the trailer off at the destination, although they were closed. Calling the number to verify drop off. Overall a very pleasant experience

denise mThe location was tucked away that took narrow and broken roads. The U-Haul app was slow and unresponsive which made the process very frustrating. What would have helped is if we could upload pictures we saved. I ended up emailing my pictures to support. Not a smooth experience.

Gilberto GYour mobile phone pickup app is horrible I use my phone foMessage and text, banking and investing so I'm quite skilled with it . We showed up for a truck 1 hour early to be ready at 7:30am. At 8:20 we finally called the help line. 35 mins. Later and using my wife's phone. started the checking-in and finally got the scans and pics done and the girl on the phone gave us the combo to get my key. I had 15 people waiting for me 1/2 hour away. You really need to streamline this process for your people who pick up before opening time. I had the truck till 4 so had to leave all my help to finish. All of us are older and retired and didn't need the stress When dropping off your service person told me I could have just called and he could have changed to a 24 hrs rental. I stopped in the day before to get any details and he told me just come in tomorrow's and follow the prompts but was not helpful at all. Why don't you try under cover boss so you can see Not a good experience. I am 100 % disabled vet and have ptsd. Too much stress for me. Didn't sleep all night and have the shakes this morning. YOU have a great day cause I won't

Kyle AWhen I got there, I used the app to get my rental. I went to the box to retrieve my key and no key was in the box. I called the number given and tried another box but didn't work. I had to wait until someone arrived when they opened to get my key and it was in the return key box that I wouldn't be able to retrieve. At this time, I was 1 hour over for when I wanted to pick up my rental truck. I ended up not using the extra items I ordered it would have been nice to be refunded for not using them and some kind of discount since I had so much trouble getting my rental truck. If the place that handles the rentals could improve on this, it wouldn't be a bad place to use for rental trucks.

Jacob LOnline booking for a rental truck and not knowing until the day before you pick it up is it going to be available is no way to do business. The site says for the size truck I need the daily charge would be $59. Seems reasonable. But you are charged for insurance, which I think would be covered under the rental fee. Then the fee for the mileage was ridiculously high. I spent $136 for fuel. You have to return the truck with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up. I'm required to take pictures of the dashboard to show the mileage and the fuel gauge. I have to take a picture of the cab from outside the drivers side door and then a picture of the inside of the storage area and then submit them to uhaul on the website. This used to be a reasonably priced way to get some moving done and checking out and back in was done by an employee of the company that rents the vehicles. No reason I should pay $500 to drive 345 miles and return the truck in 48 hours. I will not use uhaul again ‼️

Kerry KI had originally ordered a 20', but realized I would need the 26'. I thought there would be a problem making the change so close to the pickup date. But the staff were very accommodating and polite. With so much going on with the move, this simple act took a load off my shoulders. Great service when I needed it most. Merci encore.
Ramon GI hate dealing with your company. I requested and confirmed a 10ft truck, furniture dollies, and pads. When I arrived at the store none of the above was available. I drove over 2hrs to get this truck and was disappointed again by Uhaul. To top it off, your reps really didn't give a shit how inconvenienced the customer is. Screw you Uhaul!!!

The crew who delivered my U-Box (and picked up) were great. I have recommended the U-Haul U-Box to several friends and if I ever have another move, I'll be sure to use U-Haul U-Box. George S- please don't need the dollys in the trucks. I only say thing because we had 2 dolly's available at the location we were moving from, because we knew that we had to pay for the one in the truck. Well someone decided to take it off, and now it came out of my moms pocket.

Angela LThe uhaul experience was the worst . I reserved a truck over a month before my move and called 3 times the week before the move to find out why my reservation wasn't online. I was told not to worry by all 3 people I spoke to. The day before the move I got a call telling me that they didn't have the 26ft truck I ordered and offered me a much smaller truck. I ended up without a one way trip like I ordered and a truck that didn't fit all my stuff. It cost me hundreds more than I planned on due to multiple trips and having to return to the same location. I will never use uhaul again
Lorri RThe location was not inviting at all. They never answer the phone. The prerecorded voicemail is not inviting and a bit intimidating. They have cameras everywhere saying "you are being recorded". In short i'd absolutely never come here again. Did i mention they don't answer the phone? The uhaul also had a lot of hair in it like someone was trimming nose hairs. Very gross.
Crystal AThe parking lot is on a hill, so I would highly suggest that the U-Boxes be placed so when the door opens that it does not swing back and hit you. This was a problem when we came to unload our U-Box. If we had not brought something to prop open the door - it would not have stayed open.

Scott PProvide the equipment rented with the order, don't forget to put it in the truck if someone is picking up after desk hours. Require that people leave it AT LEAST at half tank, I couldn't even get it to my desired location without needing to put $75 in it for gas.
