Sheriff TReservation location was incorrect. There were no pads that were promised because “they just don’t have any”. The drop off message was never sent and check out took a half hour. My reservation was under the wrong name. And they charged me for protection, but my account said that I opted out. Very poor communication. Very unimpressed. Made our moving experience way more annoying & stressful than necessary. Shame on uhaul
