The process was simple and I was in and out in no time. I have used this location before and will continue to use it; amazing staff.
Robert S.The man behind the plexiglass working at this location was rude and the tv in the lobby area was turned up so loud that we could not hear a word he was saying when trying to give us instructions. He did not go out of his way to be nice or patient. I was not impressed.
denise M.The location was tucked away that took narrow and broken roads. The U-Haul app was slow and unresponsive which made the process very frustrating. What would have helped is if we could upload pictures we saved. I ended up emailing my pictures to support. Not a smooth experience.
