Location was great and the truck was right out front, ready to pull out. Only issue was with the app & inability to upload photos when turning in the truck.

Doreen went above and beyond she was professional pleasant and friendly, and I ended up renting a truck on Thursday and on Saturday so I'm extremely happy even though they didn't have the truck that I wanted I had to upgrade to a larger size, but I would rather deal with her than go to another site. The after hours pick up app took me twenty minutes to figure out. Not user friendly. Needs to be redesigned.

The people that work at the location are very professional and efficient. I have used them before, and is why I drove past other locations to use them again. The truck itself was pretty weathered and not in best of shape. The A/C was not good and the wheel had a lot of "play" in it which was a little unnerving.

Fast, friendly staff. Clean vehicles. Van was great, saved $170 delivery fee from. A furniture store by renting a Uhaul van from this location instead.
