BERT GI reserved at one location and at the last minute the u haul place called me and cancelled. Not willing to help me find another rental. Poor customer service. I then had to scramble to find another u-haul place to rent a trailer. The trailer was fine and had no issues. Very disappointed with the U-Haul business in Canyon Lake

JUDY RIt was clean but the drivers side windshield wiper was totally broken. No rubber left on the wiper, windshield & side mirrors were dirty, could barely see out of it. Had to immediately stop & clean windshield inside & out & clean the side mirrors. We are lucky it didn't rain on us because we would not have been able to drive.

Nelson OMake sure the tires are full of air. We left the rental location to get gas. We checked the tires and found that one of them was low on air. We took it to our neighborhood tire shop and they told us the stem on the tire was broken. Luckily, we had not loaded the truck yet. I contacted the technician and he said it would take him 3 hours to get to us... I am so glad that we did not have to wait on the side of the road for 3+ hours. The repairman changed the tire and we were relieved. This is my only complaint. Thank you for your service.
