Excellent service à la clientèle. And, 1) Long haul moving trucks need to have cruise control. Very demanding on foot, ankle, and leg. 2) One USB port is normal 21st century technology - like cruise control.

Lock on door very hard to work. Took several attempts and much time in cold windy conditions. The time it took to use the 24/7 program was not worth it. Would be better to do it in person but this location is not staffed before 10:30am so we had no choice.

Not greeted very friendly during the pickup. Got in the truck and started driving down the road and ants started crawling all over me. Someone left food under the driver seat, had to stop several times to clean them out. Not a good way to start the rental.
